Metal Gear, huh?
Venom Snake made me cut all my hair off in the bathroom sink and realize I'm nonbinary. So you could call me something of the target audience. These video games are incredible and also are not very good. They contain great critiques and cringe military fetishism, iconic characters and annoyingly pervasive misogyny. This video on MGS4 gets it pretty well: it's great, except when it isn't, but I still love it.
